Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Refunds will only be issued after the “damaged or “defective” product has been returned to us., and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
No purchases are eligible to be returned for a refund unless a refund is deemed necessary for any product which has been deemed eligible to be returned due to one of the following. (i) you receive a damaged for which the damage was caused by Hyperbite, or (ii) due to manufacturer defect.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All products are shipped directly from our distribution warehousing. Each product is packed and shipped in a safe and efficient manner.
Please contact us at email@example.com if your order had not been packaged properly or your order is missing an item. All missing item inquiries will be reviewed and verified for the legitimacy of each claim prior to any replacements being shipped for missing items. All shipments are documented and photographed for accuracy and for customer experience.
